I have 3 wikis on my account that I want to delete since they are abandoned projects- nothing is being written there and they will not be developed in any way. How can this be done? Is it even possible or am I forever stuck with them? In case someone from the admins/mods read this- those wikis are: s:w:nerdowisko, s:w:lt-worlds, and s:w:5earena. --LixTetrax (talk) 07:18, 24 December 2020 (UTC)
- Send an email to troppusmoc.ikiwtuohs. Staff don't respond to wiki delete requests in the forums, but they do (eventually) perform delete requests in the email. --Saftzie (talk) 10:17, 24 December 2020 (UTC)
- Exactly this. Deletion requests like this are pretty much the lowest priority ticket we get. Support reply times are generally quite slow anyway (although I skim read new tickets most days for anything that is actually urgent) on account of being too busy for my own good, but, December is funny because the first three weeks are generally a nightmare, and the last week is when I tend to catch up on things as I'm home for Christmas. For context, the job that keeps my lights and a roof over my head on is working part-time in retail around studying an undergrad degree in an unrelated topic. As you'd expect December is a nightmare, coupled with the UK coming out of lockdown has compounded things, as well as having University deadlines. We've got a couple of immediate projects we're working on that are a higher priority for their own reasons. Hub is probably the thing I'll spend the next day or so working on, we're doing a server move at some point in the next few months, the setup for which is about half done, but, we're hoping it'll give us some performance benefits, we've got some internal work on improving our dev workflow before we start working on the 1.35 release, and hopefully it'll mean we can roll out releases faster in future. I will make time this year to go through and answer the support ticket queue... Thank you for your patience! --Lewis Cawte (talk) 08:37, 25 December 2020 (UTC)
